These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and equipment provided by SafeMould Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
SafeMould Solutions provides stabilising equipment and related support for mould remediation, water damage, and indoor environmental projects.We supply equipment only unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not provide licensed building, electrical, or remediation services unless explicitly stated.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for a specified period or, if not stated, for 14 daysPricing may vary depending on site conditions, duration, and equipment requiredAdditional costs may apply for extended hire periods, damage, or additional servicesAll prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise

3. Equipment Hire & Use
All equipment remains the property of SafeMould Solutions at all timesThe client is responsible for the equipment while it is in their possessionEquipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and intended purposeThe client must not modify, misuse, or allow unauthorised persons to use the equipment

4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection times will be agreed upon where possibleThe client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the siteAdditional charges may apply if access is restricted or delays occur

5. Damage, Loss & Liability
The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the hire periodRepair or replacement costs may be charged where applicableSafeMould Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from equipment useUse of equipment is at the client’s own risk

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice or quoteLate payments may incur additional feesSafeMould Solutions reserves the right to suspend or recover equipment if payment is not made

7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable noticeCancellation fees may apply where equipment has already been allocated or delivered

8. Limitation of Services
SafeMould Solutions provides equipment to assist in stabilising environments. We do not guarantee specific remediation outcomes, clearance results, or mould removal effectiveness.

9. Site Conditions & Safety
The client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe and suitable for equipment useSafeMould Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing site hazards or conditionsClients must follow all relevant safety guidelines when using equipment

10. Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold SafeMould Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of equipment supplied.

11. Changes to Terms
SafeMould Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available upon request or on our website.
